Who We Are Looking For
Limelight Performing Arts is seeking a highly organized self-starter to join us as a part-time office administrator/supervisor. The Admin Supervisor will report directly to the manager and work with other managers and teaching/coaching staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions seamlessly & efficiently. Applicants should also be well-versed in internal operations, take minutes at meetings, and complete daily admin tasks as required.
Responsibilities
Candidates must demonstrate excellence in teaching and leadership in the following areas:

Managing class schedules and booking classes

Monitoring daily booked students and following up if needed
​

Assisting the studio manager to achieve monthly sales target
​

Promote courses interpersonally or remotely
​

Answering and forwarding clients' inquiries
​

Greeting students with positive attitude and introducing current policy or promotion
​
-
Checking in students of group classes.
​

Coordinating video filming programs.
​
-
Maintaining organized and accurate records, updating databases, calendars, and other files
​

Maintaining studio visualization standard
​
-
Assisting with special projects as needed
​

Other duties as assigned​
Qualifications
Candidates must be proficient in the following areas:

A completed College Diploma in Office Administration (or relevant study) is considered an asset but not required
​

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
​
-
Work experience in dance industry is considered a strong asset but not required
​

Previous experience in administrative roles
​

Business level of communication in person and in writing in both Mandarin and English.
​

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
​

Excellent sales skills
​
-
Strong technology skills for effective instruction and program coordination.​
​

Organizational and time management abilities to maintain smooth studio operations.​​
​

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to talk and engage with young students.​

Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine love for young people and the performing arts.​
​

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.​
​

First Aid (or willing to obtain) & Criminal Record Check.
Salary & Benefits
Expected Start Date: August / September 2024
Job Type: Full / Part Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 2:00-9:15pm, possible Saturdays or Sundays TBD
Salary: $25.00-$45.00 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
