Ticket Policies
Ticket Purchase
Tickets can be purchased online through our official website or designated ticketing platform. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards online and cash in-person at the time of the event.
Ticket prices are determined by event organizers and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on factors such as seating location, event type, and demand. All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
Ticket availability is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Events may sell out quickly, so early booking is recommended to secure desired tickets. Ticket sales may close prior to the event date or when capacity is reached. To ensure fair access to tickets, limits may be placed on the number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction or per person.
Additional fees, such as service charges, processing fees, or delivery fees, may apply to ticket purchases. These fees are non-refundable and are disclosed to customers at the time of purchase. Customers have the option to review all fees before completing their transaction. Upon successful completion of the ticket purchase process, customers will receive a confirmation email or electronic ticket with details of their purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to review the order confirmation for accuracy and report any discrepancies to customer service promptly.
Refunds & Transfers
All ticket sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are generally not permitted unless the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled. Tickets may be transferable to another individual, subject to event organizer approval and any applicable transfer fees or restrictions. Please contact customer service for assistance with ticket transfers. Unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of tickets without refund.
Lost or Stolen Ticket
In the event that a ticket is lost, stolen, or misplaced, customers should report the issue to our customer service team as soon as possible. This can be done via phone, email, or through our official website. Customers will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or transaction details, when reporting a lost or stolen ticket. This helps verify ownership and facilitates the process of issuing replacement tickets. Upon verification of ownership, replacement tickets may be issued at the discretion of event organizers or ticketing agents.
Replacement tickets may be subject to additional fees or charges, depending on the circumstances of the loss or theft. Customers will be notified of the reissue process and provided with instructions for accessing their replacement tickets. Replacement tickets are provided on a case-by-case basis and may not be guaranteed in all situations. Replacement tickets are issued solely for the purpose of replacing lost or stolen tickets and are non-transferable.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their replacement tickets and should refrain from sharing them with others to prevent unauthorized use. Event organizers and ticketing agents are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets. Customers are encouraged to take precautions to secure their tickets and protect them from loss or theft.
Event Entry
Admission to the event venue is granted only with a valid ticket. All attendees, including children and infants, must possess a ticket for entry, unless otherwise specified by event organizers. Attendees must present their tickets for scanning or validation upon entry to the venue. This may include electronic tickets (e-tickets) displayed on a mobile device or printed physical tickets. Tickets should be kept in a secure and accessible location for easy presentation.

To ensure the safety and security of all attendees, bag checks and security screenings may be conducted at the entrance to the venue. Attendees are required to cooperate with security personnel and adhere to any instructions or requests related to security screening procedures. Certain items may be prohibited from entry into the venue, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, large bags or backpacks, and disruptive or offensive materials.

Re-entry to the venue may be permitted in some cases, but attendees should check with venue staff or event organizers for specific re-entry policies and procedures. Re-entry may be subject to security checks and verification of tickets upon return. Attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, safety, and enjoyment for all participants. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of venue policies may result in removal from the event without refund.
